I'm already at an advanced level of fitness in my areas including sports, running, circuit training, boxing.. list goes on and on. I'm 21, I've been training in fitness since I was 13, running for over 1 year, circuit training and boxing for over 3 years. And I've been doing weight lifting for just over 3 years.
For the last few months I've been trying to gain muscle. I've already gained a fair amount, my arms measure at around 13 inches. Of course they were probably around 9-10 inches when I first started weight lifting, so I have gained a fair amount of muscle. But I still have a long way to go.
For people who have an advanced understand of muscle building and fitness: How can i increase my levels of muscle within the next few months? I hope to finish bulking up before January, or in the worst case before Feburary. But if I could finish bulking up within the next 2-3 months that would obviously be more preferred, although I'm sure it's not likely! Anyway, how would you suggest for me to do this? Can recommend a 6 day workout which would allow me to gain muscle super fast as well as increasing my fitness levels to a world-class level.
My current workout for 1 week is: 4 days weight lifting. 45-60 mins on each day. Minimum 1 hour circuit training, sometimes up to 3 hours. Minimum 1 hour boxing, sometimes up to 3 hours. Minimum 1 hour sports, sometimes up to 2 hours. Running, an hour or 2 every other week.
Obviously I do alot of cardio training, but eat alot of calories, carbs to ensure I'm not loosing muscle. Cardio has kept me fit and allowed me to maintain a bodyfat percentage between 7 and 10% at all times.
So for very advanced trainers only.. what can I do to build muscle and become superfit over the next few months? I don't mean a huge amount of muscle, but I do mean a huge amount of fitness.. I want to be fit at a world-class level. Also recommend a diet if possible, I would like to improve my diet although it isn't so bad as it is!
When answering this question also consider that I'm already superfit, so I can handle most advanced workouts you throw at me.
Thanks alot!!
