I got my cartilage pierced about 2 months ago. I had my friend (who's done at least 10 of these) do it with a needle and it's been fine ever since. I noticed about a month ago that there was a small bump on the back. And I just realised that its gotten bigger and I even got a very small bump on the inside of my ear.
I haven't been cleaning it regularly, that may be the problem. But I have had a ring in it the whole time.
Any ideas what this could be?
