Buying a 2006 Mazda rx8 used and I've got a question...?

I have done more research and realize there is an 8 year 100,000 mile warrenty on the engine. Is this warrenty still useable if i were to buy one used at a toyota dealer where it will not be certified? or does it have to be a certified used car to get the warrenty?

If it came with the 8 year warranty brand new then it will still have the warranty now.

I'd say, as long as the original warrantee was signed over to you, then you're game.

But since you're at another dealer, you have to look at what they have.
