settled 1.7 milln $ suite in 05. owner signs say no more harrssmnt on privious issues(dogs) owner sells, then harrssmt continues about the dogs frm new owner..with favoritzm to other tenants.now eviction notice, park grounds unkept, notice contaminated drnking watr (on well)no managmnt on grounds during busness hrs(wrks outside of park)... mangmnt harrss mother..calls up to 9pm, threats financial dificult if do not sell mobile,mangmnt complete sale of tenants mobile without tentant prsnt..mangmnt gives ownr 900$ of 2,500 ballnce.. so much crime in park,gun pulled on me..fist fights daily,theft..nghbor cut my fence so my dog ou(witnessed)t- mangment continues pg&e on tenat mobile in prpty mang name forces tenant to pay 500$ bill threats eviction if does not pay, many more discrimintory issues..either a class action or breach of.., MY CASE HAS TANGIBLE EVIDENCE ON ALL ALLEGATION'S INCLUDING VIDEO! much more, .pls direct me if have knowldg on mobile home law..thnk [email protected]
