at the inspection stations on the borders on ca, where exactly do they look in your car? do they make you get out of the car and check under seats and stuff? i was wondering because i want a ferret and were going to Oregon. we have a dodge truck and the backseat can lift up (the top of it). i was thinking how perfect it would be to put a ferret there. would they check if i was sitting there and make me get up or would they even know about it?
