My friend and I are planning to travel to California for the summer, we're not exactly sure where we should go so we're looking at various places. We have one problem we will both be 18 by the time we leave and all the car rental companies we've looked at won't rent a car unless your 25 years or older, do you know of any rental companies that will rent a car to an 18 year old?
