I've just seen an advert on TV for the new Nintendo DS 'active health' software. If you haven't heard of it, basically it has a built in pedometer to monitor your activity and record calories burned, and also allows you to input diet programs and assess daily calorie intake, etc.
It looks great! But I don't have a DS, and was wondering if there are any similar calorie counting gadgets on the market? Which you're able to carry around with you and input food intake and exercise achieved to give daily calorie totals, and so on, to generally aid dieting.
