country given i have no rights? in the foreign country?
Here is the twist that most people don't think of.
I don't have any constitutional protections whatsoever in a foreign country. If i travel there for pleasure, that's my own risk and my own problem.
But if the company i work for forces me to enter a country that is lawless such as Mexico, or communist such as china, it is no different than the company erasing my constitutional rights. It is exactly the same in fact.
What do you think?
i work as an engineer and the company has factories all over the world (as most companies do these days).
