Can a dietician or Fitness instructor help me out please?

Okay so i just checked my BMR (basic metabolic rate) and it said i burn 1379 calories a day right, then i calculated my AMR (Active metabolic rate) and it said i burn 1830 calories a day. I eat 1500 calories a day so does that mean i am under eating because i burn roughly 1830 calories anyway?
Also say i eat 2000 calories and my AMR is 1830 does that mean the only extra calories i have in my body are 170?
Sorry im just confused about how all this works if someone could explain in simple detail how much i should be eating based on my BMR and AMR?

This is my details:
Age- 19
Height- 5ft7
Weight- 121 pounds
Very Active- Military fitness training 3 times a week and walking 3mph 2 times a week.

Thanks so much
