Can A Samsung Solstice Be Set To Where The Receiving Text Messages Are Silent?

i put it all the way on silent and it still vibrates when i get a txt messafe
 
when you press the volume rocker to go down, there is a tab next to the thing that says volume. Click on it. It should say vibration. Then just press down on the volume rocker as if you were adjusting the volume. :)
