After Hurricane Sandy the office was closed because OPM - Federal govt was closed. There was no bus or train service. We are contractors for a Federal Agency. The boss told everyone to stay hone for both days. The employees the timesheet and no one told us that we must use our leave. Some employees leave was deduct and other was not. THe boos told an employee that he told some employees who are his relative. What rights do the employees have that are not related. This compnay change company policy whenever they want. NO employee manual.
