With high school drop out rates sky rocketing more than ever, should they start paying students to attend school? Seems that most students who drop out cant find good enough jobs which in result are more expensive by needing financial assistance from the city. People may argue that it would give the students the wrong message and they shouldn't be expected to get paid to do their obligations.
