Can anyone help me choosing a bike lock?

I've had my bike stolen through a D-lock (which I thought were meant to be impossible to break through) can someone give me some good info on a lock that's not gonna get broken into, as I have seen so many videos online of people breaking into locks with pens, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

just keep a rottweiler next to the bike or a pit bull i am sure nobody would shoot it because everybody would hear the gunfire...i have a 350 motocross and you have no idea how many times people have tried to steal it then i hear them scream there lungs out when my dog shows up hahaha
