light up,in Kia Rio 2002 ? It`s not fuse where fuse fuse holder does not light up when use fuse tester, where do I have to look to fix this problem?. When I turn on to start it`s kicking almost starts but does not, the fuse start connector is dead, what should I do to start car?. Thanks
