Can anyone help with my bluetooth driver issue?

I have bought a kitsound Dockair bluetooth device. It will not connect with my computer and it seems to be an issue with a driver L2CAP. I have tried using windows Mr Fix without success and there seems to be nowhere or way to put this right. Any ideas?
 
Get the name of the device and google it for downloads, there will be a driver download somewhere so just download it and run it.
