The whole thing about writing is that one has all kinds of ideas in the head and writing releases them to paper. If you have no idea what to write about then you maybe do not have the creative ability that is needed to write stories.
However try to call on your real experiences and take it from there. For example, I was being taken to School/work in my friends car 3 days ago and we were stopped at a road junction by an old tramp standing in the middle of the road brandishing an old rusty piece of pipe....... You take it from there.
The key is start with something simple and embellish it. Also grab the attention of the reader in the first paragraph.

I don't have an idea, but why not try this:

Get all your favourite movies, books, and TV shows in your head and mix up the ideas of your most favourite ones. Give it a set plot and make sure it makes sense. If you do that, you have your story!!!

i'll say what most ppl here say: come up with ur own ideas. don't ask for them. 99.999% of the time if someone does give u an idea it wont be good or it'll be cliche. why would someone give u a great idea they came up with when they could write it themselves?

find a way to relax, don't think about trying to find that idea, distract yourself whatever, and something will come to you. watch a movie, or read the blurb from a TV guide. those small things can trigger big ideas.
