Can anyone recommend a good set of earphones for under £20?

I have used the Apple iPod headphones for a few months, and I hate them.

At low volume there is a constant hissing in the background, the sound is tinny, not happy at all.

Also, I don't go well with the earphones with the rubber bits on the end. They always fall out,and are very uncomfortable for me personally.

Any recommendations?
