Can anyone show me a visual display on how too hook up my Sony home theater system.?

I have a Sony BRAVIA KDL-46SL140 46" LCD TV, Sony DAV-HDX576W 5.1-Channel BRAVIA Home Theater System, and a Sony STR DG820 AV receiver. I am trying too run everthing to my T.V. and have my sound for everything including my PS3 and XBOX 360 controlled by my receiver. I have 3 HDMI cords and one set of gold plated video audio cords.
