Can gays and bisexuals be saved if they accept Christ but still have relationships?

sure, why not? if you believe a rich man doesn't have to sell everything and give his money to the poor to be saved, why should homosexuals give up anything? besides, all this questioning is against jesus' will . pull the plank from your own eye before you pluck the mote form your brothers.

saved from what? Christ, you mean Jesus Christ from Nazareth? What is that deity saving you from? What do you do to "accept" Christ. None of this makes sense the more you think about it.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11. Pay attention to verse 11. God is able to save homosexuals. God considers homosexuality to be a sin. As Christians, we are not perfect, but we are given the strength we need through God's Holy Spirit, in order to resist temptation. We rely on Him and ask for His help. If we walk in the light, we should no longer walk in darkness. If she is struggling with this sin, and has a sincere desire to turn from it, then she should bring it before the Lord and ask Him to help her overcome it. She is not condemned if she places her trust in Jesus. As Christians who love God, our sins should be appalling to us. God's wonderful grace shouldn't make us feel like we have a license to sin, but instill in us an attitude of gratefulness that desires to please God and be a light to others.
Why would they want to be saved, only to live in disobedience to the very one who saved them? When someone gets born again, they become a new creation, and the old spirit that wanted to commit homosexuality is dead. Now they want to know and serve God, not live a selfish life of sin. My friend was a homosexual, and then he got born again. Even though he still struggled with homosexual feelings, he didn't have sex with another man after he was saved. The problem was, he got HIV while he was a homosexual, and died from AIDS after about 8 years. The good news is he is in heaven, because he loved God more than his desires to continue having a homosexual relationship. If your wife is truly saved, she should seek to be delivered from the spirit of perversion, which is the root cause of homosexuality. Homosexuality is an abomination to God, and Jesus said in John 14:15 that if you love Me, obey My commandments. Those commandments He is talking about are the 2 great commandments of love; to love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and will all your might. The other is to love your neighbor as yourself, and to commit a homosexual act with your neighbor ( which is anyone, not just the person next door ), is to bring them into bondage instead of loving them with God's love. So, if your wife truly is born again, she shouldn't want to continue being a bi; she should want to please God by being an example to other homosexuals that they can be set free. Romans 10:8-10 is how anyone can be born again.
She accepts Christ, but commits an abomination... She needs to turn away from that. Evil made the homosexual desire. Not God. God wants humans to be straight. Just because the media promotes gayness doesn't mean it's right. Gayness usually comes from falling deeper and deeper into sin

Jesus said we'd know his followers by their fruits. Does someone having sex outside of marriage seem like someone that's following what Jesus taught?
The Bible specifically says that those who engage in sins habitually, particularly sexual sins, will not go to Heaven. It's not because such sins are worse than other sins; it's because when we cling to those sins, we're choosing the sin over the Savior.

Its actually very hard to avoid the availability of salvation.
However, gays and bisexuals tend to wind up rather very limited in their knowledge or experience of the full freedom that salvation can be in this present life, if they would refuse to do what ever it takes to find deliverance from homosexuality. Regardless of how popular it would be for me to say so, homosexuality is an absolutely horrible limitation to human life( The average lifespan of a homosexual is only about 46 years old). The subtle details of its effects are severely limiting on mental vision( The mental views associated with homosexuality blind a person to certain and vital matters of life), and though its destructiveness is subtle, it is very effective, both in the life of the homosexual them self, and toward the lives of the people in their surroundings.

Considering that being bi and gay is based on lust...lust is a sin. If you repent and do not do it again, you are forgiven. If you repent and continue to do it or it is still in your heart to enjoy it then you are not forgiven because you are not remorseful or sorry in the first place. Use common sense. If there is sin still remaining in anything, you are not forgiven. You must get to the core of all sin and rid/purge yourself of it, repent and do not repeat it. All is forgiven, even murder.
