My weakness is onion rings and miss vickies jalapeno chips. If I eat these things once a week, can I still lose weight and not grow flabby?
BTW - I should mention that I exercise 4 time a week (cardio and circuit 1 hr.) and I eat really healthy (with those two exceptions).
