Can I be on medicaid if my dad makes good money and I live with him?

I am 24 and just had a baby. I am living with my dad and step mom until my fiance and I can get an apartment. I need to apply for medicaid for myself and the baby but will they deny me because my dad makes good money and I live with him? I don't pay rent or bills but I am not working now and plan to move out soon.
 
Yes well technically depends on the state i am in ny and anyone that is not insured especially children can get coverage depending on their income and since you do not have any (income) I am assuming you will...you are no longer a child so your father is not responsible for you financially
 
I don't know where you live each state is different. But If they ask for house hold income you will most likely be denied. You may have to wait until you move out. Good luck and I will be praying for you.
