...DVD I am making? I am a street performing belly dancer who in exchange for my sunny performing space was allowed to video a very short, less than 5 minutes dance with a fellow performers burmese python. I intend to add this short clip and 4 stills to a DVD that I am making for private sale. Can this performer later claim that I owe him money for the use of this footage?
