Can I become famous in Hollywood when i live in Malta, Europe? Or is it impossible?

hi, i'm 14 years old and i live in malta, europe. i have been acting since i was 8 years old and i have been told im excellent at acting. i have always wished to become world famous like many actors. i have all the qualifications a 14 year old actor has who lives in la (so just because i live in malta doesn't mean i have something less than an american). Is it possible for me to become famous in hollywood? or should i give up and lead a boring life?
