Can I Boot Up With a .iso File Without ThumbDrive ( USB ) Or without DVD or CD?

I have My sisters Hard dive Files and the whole thing is 14 GB, Can i put that somewhere on my computer were it can boot up. I dont have any portable media that can hold 14 GBs

I only have 4.7 GB no USB tho...
 
well if you have made a proper image of the drive, including all the boot files, you can mount the image to another hard drive and use that as her new system or whatever you need to use it for.
