I would like to place a online order and dont have a card. Pls Pls and Thanks You so much for helping...

anyway I think there is nothing wrong to let some one know about the card number. this card is not a credit card.

and I do not have any " Mens rea " but Just need some help.
 
with the level of dishonesty online a person would have to be a fool to give you their number. just because you know you are honest is pretty much meaningless.
