Okay, so I've got a 37'' HDTV and a 1080p DVD (it doesnt play hd-dvd or bluray, but it connects on HDMI and, well, it's 1080p), and I've recently discovered that on Toast you can burn videos not as a DVD-Video, but the files only (not encoding), and it perfectly reads it on the DVD player (i've just watched a regular quality movie which i've burned with this tool).
So, I've read that you can't burn HD videos on DVD because it only supports 560p (something like that), but it's the "raw" file, not converted to DVD-Video, it led me to the question, what if I burned the "raw" HD video (minor than 4,7 GB or 8,5 in DL)? Will it also read it on HD through the DVD?
