Can I burn a scratched PS2 game onto a blank disk?

Mt PS2 is making those ugly burn rings into my games (that problem is fixed now). I played my Final Fantasy X-2 game on it so much, the second half of the game doesnt work. It freezes on a single frame during a small scene and stays there.
Can I take my PS2 game and burn it onto another disk and have it work? No cracks no mods?
If it DOES take a crack or MOD, can you please tell me where to get it?

There is no way to burn a game onto a disc because the discs have a security system that will not allow for the burning of discs so you cannot multiply the game illegally. You can buy a replacement disc however.

No I tryed that and nothing happend the best thing to do is go to game stop and get it buffered or get a buffering kit at wal mart
