I want to get a smart phone that has android...I'm not going to get a plan though, I'll just get a prepaid pay as you go kind of thing....I'm not going to have a data plan either, so any web browsing i'll do with the phone will be through wifi, which will be free as long as I connect through hot spots or my own router.
I don't know much about android...will I be able to download and buy android programs strictly through a wifi connection? or must I have a data plan?
