Can I buy the entire Guiding light series on DVD?

Since the show is ending is CBS planning on relasing the series on DVD.

Maybe in the future you might find Guiding Light on DVD. But if anything the show most likely will appear on Soap net (If your cable network has that channel in its line up) like all old soaps that you haven't seen in years like Ryan's Hope.

usa daytime soaps don't come out on dvd or even vhs tape-

most soaps have over 10,000 episodes and many go back to the mid to late 1970's as soaps were often Erased and the tapes reused in the 50-early 70's

the Only one has been Dark Shadows and that was an Independent tv show ( non network) and lasted 5 yrs
