Can I cancel a 3 year plan/contract with Telus Canada?

I'm on a 3 year student 25 plan/contract with now with Telus Mobility Canada. And I was wondering, if I could cancel the plan. I'm under 18 and I've figured that I just didn't want to pay for it/own one anymore. I've had the phone for around half a year now.

A) Is it possible to cancel this plan?
B) If I cancel it, will I have to pay for all the 3 years I've signed with it?
C) Will they let me cancel it with no charges/fees, if I'm under 18?

The contract can be canceled if you pay the early termination fee of $20 X however many months are left, plus tax. There is no way to get out of a contract without paying.

BTW, your contract must be in someone else's name because you can't legally sign a contract if you are under 18.
