Can I disable or restrict mobile web on my EnV2?

I have verizon, the env2, and I had unlimited mobile web in my plan but now I removed it, but I keep accidentally going on it anyway because of habit and I keep getting charged, so is there anyway to restrict it on my phone so that when I accidentally click on mobile web it doesn't let me on?
 
If you call customer service (800-922-0204) or go into a store, they can put a block on your account so you won't be able to access the mobile web and won't get charged. There is no extra fee for blocking mobile web.
