Can i download a demo off of the internet and play it on an xbox 360?

so my friend wants the resident evil 5 demo, but his internet has been down for a few weeks, so i was wondering if i could download it off the internet, and put it on a flash drive. would this work? and he doenst live around me so we cant go to each others house. i see him at school...
 
Pretty sure you'd have to have a modded 360 for anything like that to work. Only way without is to download it off the marketplace.
