Can I download just the microsoft installer from torrents?

Hello Everyone,

I have a doubt regarding download from torrents. If I have a license for Windows 7 but somehow lost the DVD and so need another copy of the installer, Can I download it from torrents? Is that illegal?

I am downloading software from there but I am still using a valid license key bought from Microsoft right!!! Please clarify my doubt.
