yes all torrents can get tracked anytime you know when it happens, but you have a less risk of that happening if you a biopass or something to reduce your chance of that happening
They are tracking people now, the MPAA and they are sending notifications out to peoples ISP providers and they in turn send you a warning letter. I got one from the cable company saying to stop downloading (it was a friggin CSI episode) I had missed on TV and wanted to watch it. Since than I have been real careful, even cancelled cable and stuck with my regular ISP. i got the cable for increased speed. If your serious about downloading, you need to hide your ISP by bouncing it off someone elses server. There are now services I guess that can hide your ISP by funneling you through their network. But I suppose that could go down or fail and you'd be open again for possible trouble. DO NOT trust programs like Peer Guardian though, they DO NOT WORK!
