Can I finally be rid of chronic post nasal drip?

I've been diagnosed with PND by my doctor, who is a family doctor. I've had it for two months and change now, and he prescribed Omnaris, a ProAIR HFA inhaler, Allegra-D, and told me to go buy Prilosec OTC or some other antacid. I've been trying out these meds for two weeks now, but they don't seem to clear up the problem much at all. I've tried supplementing with a Neti Pot nasal wash, gargling with warm salt water, snorting warm salt water (before I found the neti pot of course), and using a saline nasal spray. The nasal rinse helps a little but not for a long enough time to be truly considered relief in my opinion.

I've been to the doctor twice; the first time he prescribed Veramyst and Allegra-D, the second time he prescribed the aforementioned stuff.

This is driving me crazy. Is there something I can do that I haven't tried yet? I should mention that he also prescribed a chest X-ray "just in case", but I have not gone in for one yet. Should I see the doctor again, and if so, is there anything I can try to relieve the symptoms in the meantime? Finally, what could be the cause of it at this point? I've never had PND before in my life until now. Thanks.
