Can I find Someone who I met on a cruise ship?

I was wondering if there was a possible way i could find out the name and/or number of a girl who i met on a cruise ship recently. all i know is that her name is lily, she is schizophrenic, lives in the U.S., is aged 13-17, and went on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship on the twenty first of April, 2011 to Cozumel, Mexico. I don't know if this is possible because of legal reasons but would like to know if i could contact her at least with like a monitored call or something.
