So 10 years ago i came here by visa with ym parents and myvisa expired which made me illegal here in the US I was wondering if i am atleast able to go on a cruise like the royal caribbean international and if they would ask me anything to go on because im too scared to get caught and get deported while im just trying to have a good time on the cruise. so I was wondering if its possible for me to go on the cruise even though Im illegal with an expired visa thanks!

id ask immigration if i were you...i wouldn't trust a question and answer format on such a serious issue.you may find yourself behind bars.waiting on deportation.they will tell if you hypothetically ask them.or say its for a friend.lol.im just kidding.

The other poster was not totally correct. You do not need a passport to take a cruise. You will on the other hand to provide a Valid birth certificate that proves you were born in the United States and a valid Drivers license, or a Passport.

To get on the ship you would need to show your PP or BC and drivers license, when you get to the front desk on check in, if they see that you are a illegal Immigration will be called and you would be detained.

So you would not even to be able to get on the ship to have fun, you might get to see the ship when they are putting you in the car to take you away.

A cruise within the US should be fine. You would not be able to go on an international cruise.
