Can i haggle with my nissan lease dealer to get a better buy out price?

I have a year left on my lease and i am thinking of buying it when i finish the lease. The Buy out amount is $10,000. I am just wondering if anyone has managed to bargin with this dealer and got a lower amount, or even, paid nothing!! If so, how? Thanks in advance for anyones help.
 
Some lease companies will and some won't. Decide what its worth
to you and don't compromise. If it has real low miles, don't tell
them, they won't move on the price.
