Okay so I got addicted to "dip" when I was at a rehab in utah. I came back to California and cant stop. Im 17 years old. If I get caught by the police using smokeless tobacco what will happen with up todate laws (2013). Ill be 18 in 2 weeks will that be considered if I get caught please answer fast.
