im going to be in the Marines with artillery as my mos
 
HAHA... Yea, You can use your cell phone in free time inthe Marines during SOI and combat School, and MOS School...In the Army though,,,Specifically OSUT (Scouts, Infantry, Artillery) you will not see your cell phone until every single bit of training is done
