another country? Which plan o T-mobile should I take . I don't want to get into any contracts
 
I'm not sure about the answer that foreign country cell phones have different technology, but here is the information that I have:

Simple Mobile SIM card can be used with any unlocked T-Mobile phone and any quad-band unlocked GSM phone. Phones must operate on the "1700" 3G frequency band to get 3G high-speed data.
