I started exercising again after a long time, and I really don't know what to do at the gym. I've taken to this stationary bike because it's a lot of fun and you can vary your workout. Can I lose weight from going on just this, though, and building my leg muscles? I don't care about building muscle... I really just care about losing the 10 pounds of beer fat on my belly. If anyone could suggest something else for my workout too that would be great. Thanks!
