Can I put e-ink on my laptop? Like a Kindle so my screen doesn't strain my eyes

quite as much (hopefully)? I have an HP Pavillion laptop pc. It seems like it should at least be theoretically possible to make it less hurtful on my eyes. E-ink, e-paper, whatever? I'm also positive it comes on some netbooks these days.

Also is it true that Kindle screens are better long term for your eyesight than regular LCD (or whatever) computer screens? I have not heard that directly, but it seems to be implied and considered to be common knowledge by most people. Is there any supporting evidence of that, or is it just hoped that is the case?
