In our university's wireless network, it's not permitted to download from many programs like eMule, limewire; and web-sites like rapidshare, and torrents are included, but I'm going to spend a whole year there :S Is there any way to hack it or something?

Its there for a reason deal with it..

Unless you wanna be kicked out of the University..and probably fined for breaching Security..and hacking their network...

Don't bother it will only lead to trouble

I'm a total noob, but maybe a proxy? Be careful, though, cause if your user agreement from your university says to not use stuff like that (if its even possible), then you'll get kicked out. And getting kicked out of college would be IMO the worst thing that could happen. It affects the rest of your life, for a Lil John song :-)

But yeah, I would try a proxy. Usually universities will block those, though. You could also try accessing it on a port that your school doesn't block (?) But I think the program or users you connect to would have to allow you to change the port, or else you'd be talking to a wall.
