Hi, I have/had a SE W380.
One morning I opened it and the top just flew off. It was connected by wires so it was still usable.
Obviously it ended up falling apart. I assumed that whatever I placed on my phone my sim would save so when I put the sim into another phone, it was empty.
I'm wondering if there are any ways I can retrieve my contacts and messages. When I connect the bottom half to my computer, the memory card shows up and I can view my images, but that's about it. I downloaded the PC suite but the phone had to be turned on for me to transfer the contacts and whatnot.
I'm fairly desperate to get my things back because I don't have a facebook nor everyone's emails to get their numbers back.
