I split with my ex of 9 years about 2 years ago, we have a child together and up to this point he has not really took part in our daughter and is overdue With maintenance, last night I found a expensive toolbox and tools that is his in the garage and I wondered if I could legally sell this, he is a panel beater and needs tools but after two years has not ask for it, any help would be appreciated
