Can I setup my Dish Network Reciever through a Satellite Internet Phone line...

...(Vonage)? I've been told that I can avoid the $5 dollar fee per reciever if I hook them up to a phone line. The problem is that I have vonage / satellite internet. Will it still work or do I need a land based phone line.
