My arrest was filmed by a news crew who came into my home with the police on a search warrant. They aired it on tv and posted it online available to anyone. I was later not convicted of the crime stated in the news piece. I was clearly identifiable. I did not sign anything or gave any permission for the news crew to enter my home, film me,or broadcast my image. What are my legal options and rights?
