This new neighbor that just moved in keeps parking in my property. He takes up more then half the drive way making so i can't get into my own garage. I've asked them to please just move the car forward like 10 feet so i can actually get in my garage but he keeps doing it. I keep telling him and he says he forgets.
Also if i put a sign up like "cars parked on this property will be toed at the driver's expense?"
