Can i transfer installous apps to itunes and then onto an unjailbroken iphone?

I have a few questions:
Is there any possibility that I will have to pay for an app using installous, because when i go onto the app store it says they are installed?

If I sync installous apps onto the computer can I move to unjailbroken iphone?
How do you know if you have to pay for something on cydia?

for one, what firmware are you on, 2 what model is your ipod/iphone? 3gs mc model or mb, 3g, 2g or 1g. go to settings, general, about and scroll down. first answer these questions before i can answer yours.:)
